Here is an intuitive guide useful for recognizing the status of the products in our shops (Physical and Online)

Mint
The box is in excellent condition. Negligible defects possible but not frequent.
Near mint
The box is in good general condition, small defects that are not evident but present, such as slight creases in the paper, or very light folds in places that are not very visible.
No mint
The box may have one or more of the following defects: moderate wear of the base or display case, slight dents, wrinkles, small tears and minor creases.
Damaged
The box has crushing, macroscopic dents and / or large tears present, possible neckline of the showcase, seriously damaged corners etc.

General conditions of purchase
The items selected from those present in the virtual catalog of this site can be purchased under the following conditions.
Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract.
The purchase of what has been requested will be perfected through the following phases:

- PopsPlanet confirms with an e-mail message the receipt of the order sent by the Customer, with the assignment of a 'Customer Order Number' which must be used in any further communication with PopsPlanet.
- The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to notify PopsPlanet of its possible cancellation, by calling n. {telephone} or by sending a request through the Contact page of this site. In any case, PopsPlanet will verify the actual availability of the requested goods in stock and will communicate via e-mail or by telephone, at the number indicated by the Customer, whether the order can be accepted or not.
- If the order can be accepted, {reasonSociale} will send an email confirming the conclusion of the purchase procedure, containing information on the delivery times of the goods and the methods necessary to process the order.
- PopsPlanet will then deliver what is requested to the express courier in charge. The payment by the Customer will be made using the method chosen online at the time of purchase.
- PopsPlanet declines all responsibility for any damage to the product purchased by the customer due to the liability of third parties, unless the customer decides to purchase the Protector package.
- The customer's complaint following receipt of the product for any damage suffered may be taken into consideration only in the hypothesis in which the customer has accepted the shipment with reserve.
Delivery methods and costs
PopsPlanet will deliver the purchased products to the express courier as quickly as possible. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods within the following 48/72 hours (*), to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are charged to the customer.
Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and PopsPlanet is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.(*) The delivery times indicated represent the time normally required to deliver the products and are provided for indicative purposes only, without any commitment or guarantee of respect for them by PopsPlanet.
