General conditions of purchase

The items selected from those present in the virtual catalog of this site can be purchased under the following conditions.

Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract.

The purchase of what has been requested will be perfected through the following phases:

By sending the order, the Customer transmits to PopsPlanet a proposal to purchase the selected product or products. The sending of the purchase order implies the consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from PopsPlanet described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
PopsPlanet confirms with an e-mail message the receipt of the order sent by the Customer, with the assignment of a 'Customer Order Number' which must be used in any further communication with PopsPlanet.
The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to notify PopsPlanet of its possible cancellation, by calling n. {telephone} or by sending a request through the Contact page of this site. In any case, PopsPlanet will verify the actual availability of the requested goods in stock and will communicate via e-mail or by telephone, at the number indicated by the Customer, whether the order can be accepted or not.
If the order can be accepted, {reasonSociale} will send an email confirming the conclusion of the purchase procedure, containing information on the delivery times of the goods and the methods necessary to process the order.
PopsPlanet will then deliver what is requested to the express courier in charge. The payment by the Customer will be made using the method chosen online at the time of purchase.
PopsPlanet declines all responsibility for any damage to the product purchased by the customer due to the liability of third parties, unless the customer decides to purchase the Protector package.
The customer's complaint following receipt of the product for any damage suffered may be taken into consideration only in the hypothesis in which the customer has accepted the shipment with reserve.

Delivery methods and costs

PopsPlanet will deliver the purchased products to the express courier as quickly as possible. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods within the following 48/72 hours (*), to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are charged to the customer.

Applicable law

The sales contract between the customer and PopsPlanet is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

(*) The delivery times indicated represent the time normally required to deliver the products and are provided for indicative purposes only, without any commitment or guarantee of respect for them by PopsPlanet.

Our Return Policy

All problems relating to errors or problems deriving from our services must be immediately reported to our contacts to allow us to resolve the problem.

Cancellation rights

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason and without any penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The cancellation of the aforementioned conditions will be applied if the products have not been opened and have the original packaging intact.

Effects of cancellation of the purchase contract

Following the cancellation described above we will refund all payments received by you excluding shipping costs and any additional costs if an insurance service has been chosen).

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied resulting from your handling of the product itself.

The refund will be paid within 14 days following receipt of the returned goods.

What should i do if i receive an incorrect item?

If an incorrect item is delivered to you by mistake, it will be in our interest, as soon as we are notified of the error, to examine the problem and propose the best solution.

Each case will be examined individually; in some cases we may request additional information, such as images or videos, in order to investigate the issue.

Our goal remains to provide our customers with the best and fastest solution possible.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

Although it is our concern to prevent any damage to products during transit by providing the best possible packaging solution, we are aware that any damage may arise due to transport operations.

We therefore invite you to purchase the insurance service available on the popsplanet.it website in conjunction with the desired products. This service will ensure the replacement of the damaged product or the reimbursement of the value of the product and the shipping costs incurred if the replacement is impossible.

With reference to customized products that could have damage due to transport, the insurance service will cover the shipping and repair costs of the same.

What should I do if the product purchased in PRE-ORDER is late in arriving?

Products categorized and purchased as Pre-order are made available for collection or shipped upon arrival in the store.

Not being responsible for the delivery times used by the manufacturer, this type of product is not refundable, but it is possible to request the replacement of the product with another product of the same or higher value.
